That's why we are pleased to accept the return of unopened/unused misrepresented merchandise purchased from chicliquidation.com, subject to the following conditions. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns of any liquidation items and merchandise unless otherwise noted in the description. Returns must be made within seven (7) days of the date of the order, unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, order confirmation, or shipment confirmation email. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of items that have not been opened, used, or tampered with. The product you wish to return must be in its original condition as sent by us.
