RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Chic Liquidation, LLC, we understand that selecting the right item can be challenging when shopping online. That's why we are pleased to accept the return of unopened/unused misrepresented merchandise purchased from chicliquidation.com, subject to the following conditions. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns of any liquidation items and merchandise unless otherwise noted in the description. Returns must be made within seven (7) days of the date of the order, unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, order confirmation, or shipment confirmation email. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of items that have not been opened, used, or tampered with. The product you wish to return must be in its original condition as sent by us.
It's important to note that Chic Liquidation, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost returns during the return process.
ITEMS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Some products are not eligible for return and refund. The following items are included:
Any product that has been opened, used, tried on, altered, damaged by the customer, missing pieces, or missing packaging materials.
Liquidation items, clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, and special order items are considered final sale.
Any item sent to an Amazon FBA Warehouse cannot be returned to us unless there was an error in the order.
Ensuring hygiene and public safety is paramount to us, and for the safety of all our clients, we do not accept returns of opened items. This policy is also followed by other cosmetic product suppliers.
Chic Liquidation, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1. Contact us first at customersupport@chicliquidation.com within the industry-leading seven (7) day exchange period.
Step 2. After verifying your eligibility for a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions via email.
Step 3. Print the shipping label, place it on the outside of the return box. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS office, FEDEX, or UPS Store. All returned items must be accompanied by a packing slip.
Step 4. Upon receiving the returned package, we will review and inspect the product to determine if it qualifies for a refund. This process may take 3-10 business days from the package's arrival. If the returned items are not in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse the return or send the package back to you with shipping charges.
Step 5. Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
REFUSED PACKAGE / UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED (RETURN TO SENDER)
If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will need to make an additional payment for the shipping cost.
If you are unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, the package will be treated as a regular return.
A 10% handling fee will be applied, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, AND WRONG PRODUCTS
If you believe that the product you received does not match your order, please contact us promptly via email with details of the product and a description of the defect within 5 days of the delivery date.
Once we confirm that you received defective or or misrepresented products , you may follow the return steps outlined above. Upon receiving the defective product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email of your right to a replacement or refund (if applicable) within a reasonable period of time. We strive to process refunds or replacements as quickly as possible, within ten (10) days of confirming your entitlement to a refund or replacement for the nonconforming product.
If a defect is found, we will refund the full amount, including delivery charges (if any), and any reasonable costs you incurred in returning the product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible; otherwise, a merchandise credit will be provided.
REFUND
After reviewing the returned product, we will contact you to discuss whether you are eligible for a refund based on our return policy conditions.
We will process your refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within seven (7) days of receiving the returned goods. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, whenever feasible. If the original payment method is not available, please contact Customer Service via email. In such cases, the refund will be provided as a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits do not expire.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement, as different banking institutions have varying policies. Price adjustments will not be honored for marked-down merchandise.
